I am passionate about sharing the practice of yoga with others. I provide personalized attention and modifications to ensure that every student can safely and effectively participate.

I offer a variety of classes for all levels, including hatha, yin, and restorative yoga. My classes are designed to help you reduce and prevent pain, build strength, increase flexibility, lower stress, and promote your health in a holistic way.

This is a basic yoga class, fully adaptable to your needs. This class is perfect for anyone learning yoga or wanting to progress their skills.
